Q1:How to place an order?

A1:You just need to send us the order list of the items you want by email, we will contact with

you, you can pay after you confirm it.

Q2:Can I get a lower price if I order a large quantity of items?

A2:Yes, the unit price decreases as the order quantity increases.

Q3:Can I get pre-production samples?

A3:Yes, we will send you samples and after your confirmation, we will start production.

Q4:How long is our production lead time?

A4: Within 15-20 days after receiving deposit in normal season, 25-30 days in busy season (August, September, October).

Q5:What can you buy from us?

A5:Cribs, children's beds, queen size beds, tables, chairs, cabinets and some other furniture.

Q6:After-sale.

A6:If you have any questions about how to install your furniture, we will guide you step by step until the installation is successful. Or if there is a delivery interruption if any, you can take a picture for us and we will make a new part for you for free.

Q7. Can we visit your factory?

A7. Of course you can, please make an appointment in advance and we will make arrangements accordingly.

Q8. If there are any parts missing in our shipment, how long will it take you to send them out?

A8: If there are some small parts missing, we will send them to you as soon as possible within a week.
